Anna Kournikova is certainly not the Biggest Loser.
The tennis player turned fitness coach 29-year-old star is putting the house, located on upmarket Sunset Island, has just sold her Miami estate for $9.4million making a decent profit. The blonde beauty, who is in a long term relationship with singer Enrique Iglesias, paid $5million for the luxurious waterfront home in 2000 at the height of her sporting career. Anna had apparently had an asking price of $9.5million but settled on the lower amount, according to Miami-Dade County records.
The Spanish style hacienda is complete with high ceilings and exposed beams with a bright and airy feel.
The actual home is 6,630 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a luxurious outdoor swimming pool and a boat dock. And although the plush Miami pad features some stunning Spanish style architecture and waterfront views, it does not include a private tennis court.
But despite its obvious luxury, it seems former tennis ace Anna Kournikova has become tired of her plush Miami mansion. The lucky new resident will also have a two-story guesthouse for visitors and a coral deck pool and Jacuzzi to cool off in from the hot Florida sunshine. And this new owner will now become neighbours with Gloria Estefan, Shaquille O'Neal, Alex Rodriguez and P. Diddy who also live nearby. It is not known whether Anna is preparing to pool her resources and move in with her long term boyfriend Enrique Iglesias. However, although they are been dating for more than eight years, Enrique says getting married is of no interest to him: 'Oh no. I don't think it's the right thing to do,' he said. 'A lot of people think that I'm against marriage, but you can be happy with someone without being married.' His Russian girlfriend agreed when she appeared on Graham Norton's show in last year. Asked by Graham if they were planning to wed, she said: 'Not really, no. We're fine. What's the point if you're happy anyway? 'Being eight years down the line it's more than some married couples now.'Since retiring from the tennis circuit in 2003, Anna has made money from modelling and promotional work They have been together for 8 years but have not revealed any plans to get married in the near future.
The loved up twosome are apparently working on the construction of a new home for them to live in together.
